When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery date for each item is clearly indicated on its corresponding product page, with the majority of orders for contact lenses typically being shipped within a 3 working days timeframe. Upon shipment, you will be notified via an email confirmation containing your tracking information to ensure next day arrival.
If you have not received your order dispatch information within 3 working days, please get in touch with customer services on the chat message or email us on [email protected]. Our customer service team are available to help 7 days a week.
What if I am not home?
When possible, we use letterbox friendly packages that fit through the door, so you do not need to wait around for your delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
You’ll get FREE next day delivery upon dispatch and a tracked service on all orders of £99 and over – perfect for saving and having that extra peace of mind. For any orders below £99, Next Day Delivery upon shipment costs £3.95.
When will my order be dispatched?
The estimated delivery date for each product is displayed on the product page. All orders are expected to be shipped within 3 working days, we post the orders once all the products are ready to dispatch. We do not split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one delivery.
