When will I receive my order?
The dispatch date for each item is clearly indicated on its corresponding product page, with the majority of orders for contact lenses typically being shipped within a 3 working days timeframe. Upon shipment, you will be notified via an email confirmation containing your tracking information to ensure next day arrival.

What if I am not home?
When possible, we use letterbox friendly packages that fit through the door, so you do not need to wait around for your delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
You’ll get FREE 24hrs delivery upon dispatch and a tracked service on all orders of £69 and over – perfect for saving and having that extra peace of mind. For any orders below £69, Next Day Delivery upon shipment costs £3.95.
When will my order be dispatched?
We post the orders once all the products are ready to dispatch. We do not split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one delivery.
Next day delivery exceptions
There is a small number of postcodes where next day delivery is not available – and so we cannot guarantee to deliver within our usual timescale.

We dispatch orders quickly to USA and make sure they arrive at your door in only 5-7 business days
We offer fast shipping and offer the ability for customers to track their orders with USPS. Your order will be dispatched by DHL, UPS or USPS, depending on your location. The carrier selected to deliver your order will be in touch after dispatch with a tracking link but you can also track the progress of your order from your Lenszone account.
