Please read our terms and conditions as it contains information regarding the policies under which you will be while ordering from us.

Placing an order on our site would imply that you have read and agreed to below terms and conditions.

Valid Prescription Required

You can confirm that you do hold a valid prescription for the contact lenses you wish to purchase. You must hold a prescription that has been issued by a qualified optometrist or contact lens fitter, construed after as a practitioner, and is within 12 months from the date of order. We have the right to confirm details provided with your practitioner. This also applies to those customers re-ordering lenses. You do not necessarily have to send us your prescription but by accepting the terms and conditions contained herein above you verify that you have a valid prescription that is within the Law of the UK.

If given, by a registered practitioner, a factor that serves as a reason to not wear contact lenses due to the harm that it would cause you to wear lenses, we reserve the rights to revoke any sale unless otherwise redirected by the same or another registered practitioner. Hereby you also state that you have no ailments that contra indicates the wear of lenses.

You have been prescribed the contact lenses you have ordered by a qualified practitioner and can confirm and verify this when purchasing. Therefore, if you order lenses that have not been prescribed for you and/or if the difference between the prescription and purchase date exceeds 12 months, we do not take responsibility.

To ensure the care of your eye health, we strongly recommend that regular eye checks are made by a qualified practitioner.

The contact lens wearer must be at least 16 years old.

Cancellations

You can only cancel orders placed on the same day and before the cut off time of 3pm. Any requests made for cancellation after 3 pm will not be accepted. If you have missed the cancellation time you will be responsible for the return of the products at your own cost.

If an order is placed after the cut off time-(3pm), this will be considered as an order that has been placed on the following working day, the cut off time still being applicable.

Working days are to be construed as Monday to Friday.

Exchanges

We provide an exchange service on items up to 8 weeks after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription or for a different product of the same value.

When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

All returns of the goods must be returned as recorded delivery at the expense of the customer unless of prior agreement.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept refund requests and returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original/fully resalable condition, including the original packaging.

Goods damaged, or goods not delivered.

WE (lenszone.co.uk) send all of our packages via Royal Mail. If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we are happy to replace your items. If this occurs we will need a royalmail claim form signed by you before we ship your replacement.

Re-Orders

All customers will be provided an individual username and password, and all relevant information will be held on our database. To reorder the same product as your last order, and providing the prescription is valid within the terms as set out within.

However, you would need to provide us with the valid prescription clearly stating that you have been advised to do so by a professional if you wish to order lenses with a different prescription of lenses or a different make of lenses. Please do refrain from placing a re-order in such circumstances.

Discounts & Promotional Codes

Only one discount of promotional code that is available can be used by each customer per order. All Discount and/or promotional codes are applied before tax.

Limitations of Liability

If you made any typing errors or mistakes when providing details for purchase, we will not be held responsible.

When you complete the online order form you are agreeing and accepting that you are the person responsible for placing the order and agree for paying all the charges put through the website.

Until you the purchaser have fully paid for the goods and associated charges, the goods will remain the property of the seller.

We reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your credit card if we have shipped you an order, and the invoice is not paid within a reasonable period of time.

We have the rights to revise and amend these terms and conditions as and of when we think it is required.

We will not be bound by your offer/purchase if there is an error in any advertisement or pricing that is on the website. In such circumstances the offer of purchase will be revoked.

Where the performance of delivery expectation falls short or any other such circumstances that hinder the performance from the purchase to receipt of your goods, we will not be held responsible (this may be either uncontrollable circumstances or other errors) for the herein mentioned. We will however, endeavour to remedy such events to the best of our abilities.

The delivery of the product will be directed by your preference and that you will also confirm and accept the associated charges of delivery. It will also be understood that the responsibility of the delivery will immediately be transferred from the seller to the purchaser once they have left our point of pick up. Where a delivery date is not specified, we will try and fulfil orders within 21 working days.
